Daranexa Shop operates on a direct-to-customer fulfillment model. Our manufacturing partners are responsible for the entire shipping process to ensure your private label products reach your customers efficiently.
Vendor Shipping Responsibilities
- Direct Fulfillment: Vendors ship products directly from their facilities to the end customer’s address provided at checkout.
- Custom Branding: All shipments must include your specific private label packaging, inserts, or labels as agreed upon during onboarding.
- Tracking Information: Vendors are required to provide valid tracking numbers within 48 hours of dispatch. This information is automatically synced to your dashboard.
- Blind Shipping: To protect your brand, vendors must ensure that no manufacturer-identifying information or original pricing is included in the package.
Delivery Estimates
While shipping times vary by vendor location and destination, most private label orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within the timeframe specified on the product page.
